Samsung alleged of posting fake reviews on the web

The South Korean based company Samsung is alleged of hiring students to publish negative reviews about Taiwan phone company HTC It’s reported that Samsung had recruited some students and asked them to post negative comments on HTC and anonymously praise Samsung.

In a post in its facebook page, Samsung Taiwan said that it is not informed about the investigation, but it had “ceased all marketing activities that involve the posting of anonymous comments”. If found guilty; Samsung would pay a fine that would reach up to 25m Taiwanese dollars.
