Drinking a lot of milk is not good for your child
Milk is good for children, but not a lot of it, this is what a study has found. Milk is a great source of vitamin D and Calcium for children, but the amount consumed of that substance shouldn’t exceed two cups a day. And the reason is that it may cause in reducing iron in child body that could in turn cause anemia.
